Learn how to use the new charge builder to quickly assemble instructions in civil jury trials.

Document automation is widely used in law firms to efficiently create documents with standard form content. Now, judicial officers will have access to that same technology when assembling jury directions.

This 30-minute seminar provides a guided tour of the new Civil Juries Charge Builder - a way to quickly obtain the relevant parts of the Civil Juries Charge Book based on the specific issues in your case. You will learn how to use this new tool in the easiest and most efficient manner.

This seminar is principally aimed at judges hearing civil jury trials. An equivalent tool for judges in criminal trials is currently in development for release early next year. Judges who hear criminal trials are welcome to attend and see a preview of how directions automation will soon assist their work as well.
