This 3-hour workshop is the first in a series of online events for the Drug Court of Victoria’s Education Program for 2020/21. Dr Richard Chambers will guide participants through practical and effective ways to: 

  • Stay focussed, manage distractions and navigate digital technology
  • Reduce stress and maintain healthy routines to ensure sustainable performance (and help clients do the same)
  • Communicate effectively using Nonviolent Communication principles for effective conflict resolution and foster effective engagement and collaboration; and 
  • Maintain rapport with disengaged clients.
