These summaries describe the principal facts of the decisions and identify the final sentencing outcome for each case.
This update comprises 185+ recently published sentencing decisions, including:
- 57 property and dishonesty offence summaries
- 31 sexual offence summaries
- 40 drug offence summaries
- 32 causing injury and other offences against a person summaries
We are currently summarising the remainder of 2022 County Court sentencing decisions and expect to publish them incrementally by the end of this year.
