The Judiciary of England and Wales has recently worked with Judicial Associations in the UK to produce a Statement of Expected Behaviour that provides a shared understanding of the behaviour expected from judicial officers.
The Statement outlines the judiciary's responsibility to help foster a positive working environment, where diversity is recognised and valued, and everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
