The Judicial College of Victoria warmly congratulates Michael Wise KC and Liberty Sanger OAM on their appointments to the County Court of Victoria.
The County Court will be strengthened with the addition of:
- Michael Wise KC, a silk at the Victorian Bar who specialised in commercial practice conducting large and complex matters, and has been listed in Best Lawyers Australia (Litigation and Trade Law) (2021-2023) and the Legal 500 Asia Pacific Guide to the Australian Bar (Leading Silks) (2022-2023).
- Liberty Sanger OAM, a long-term partner at Maurice Blackburn who specialised in compensation, transport accident law, and personal injury law, and has assisting in numerous committees, including WorkSafe's Common Law Working Group and the VWA Legal Liaison Committee.
