The Australian Judicial Officers Association (AJOA) is preparing for its upcoming Colloquium in Canberra from October 11th to 13th, where Chief Justice Stephen Gageler AC will deliver a keynote address.
The event will feature a diverse range of sessions, covering topics such as Indigenous sentencing with ACT Chief Justice Lucy McCallum, judicial stress with Dr Carly Schrever, and international criminal law with experts including Professor Tim McCormack, Magistrate Imad Abdul-Karim and Dr Mark Klamberg.
Additionally, Magistrate Mark Douglass and Associate Professor Harry Hobbs will explore "The Rise of the Sovereign Citizen".
