The Sentencing Manual – Case Summaries resource has been updated to include April–August 2022 County Court sentencing decisions.
These summaries describe the principal facts of the decisions and identify the final sentencing outcome for each case.
This update comprises approximately 500 recently published sentencing decisions, including:
- 168 property and dishonesty offence summaries
- 104 causing injury and other offences against a person summaries
- 101 sexual offence summaries
- 61 drug offence summaries
- 21 driving offence summaries.
The Sentencing Manual – Case Summaries has also been updated to include Court of Appeal sentencing decisions up to the end of 2023.
