The Judicial College Education Prospectus for 2023 is out.

The College is pleased to offer a calendar of events with something for all judicial officers in all jurisdictions. Plan for the year ahead and register early.

Judicial College’s Annual Report for 2021/22 tabled.

The Report documents how the College confronted challenges of the past few years, including refocussing our attention on the dynamic needs of Victorian judicial officers and collaboratively developing sexual harassment education.

Victorian Sentencing Manual updated.

Our rewrite of the Victorian Sentencing Manual is now complete, with publication of updated chapters on offences against justice, offences against public order and inchoate offences. 

New chapter in Guardianship Guide.

A new chapter on enduring powers of attorney has been added to the Guide to the Guardianship and Administration Act 2019.
