Conduct and ethics resource collection.

Judicial ethics and applicable standards of conduct reflect core values of impartiality, independence and integrity. Conduct that is consistent with those values maintains public confidence in the courts and VCAT and fosters community respect. To support this, the College has introduced a Conduct and ethics resource collection.

Sentencing Manual Case Summaries updated.

This resource has been updated to include April–August 2022 County Court sentencing decisions. It comprises approximately 500 recently published sentencing decisions, describing the principal facts of the decisions and identifying the final sentencing outcome for each case.
