Judicial wellbeing: in conversation

Judicial wellbeing: in conversationWe are delighted to launch our judicial wellbeing podcast series, Judicial wellbeing: in conversation.

Judicial work is meaningful and satisfying, but the pressures and demands of the role are experienced as challenging by almost all judicial officers at some point in their career.

In this new podcast series we hear from judges, magistrates, coroners and tribunal members as they reflect on how they have experienced common challenges, the ways in which they have learned to navigate these challenges, and how they thrive in their roles.

The Judicial wellbeing: in conversation podcasts will be released bi-monthly, alternating each month with episodes from our Judicial Life series.

Our first two episodes are of particular relevance to new appointees as we hear about the human dimension of the judicial role.
