The Sentencing Manual – Case Summaries resource has been updated to include the first calendar quarter of 2021 County Court sentencing decisions.
These summaries describe the principal facts of the decisions and identify the final sentencing outcome for each case.
The first calendar quarter of 2021 comprises 140+ recently published sentencing decisions, including:
- 49 property and dishonesty offence summaries
- 28 sexual offence summaries
- 24 drug offence summaries
- 13 causing injury and other offences against a person summaries
We are currently working on the second calendar quarter of 2021 County Court sentencing decisions and expect to publish them around the beginning of November.
