Jess Hill Stella Prize Winner

The College would like to congratulate author and investigative journalist Jess Hill, winner of the 2020 Stella Prize for her powerful study into domestic abuse.

Jess Hill won the 2020 Stella Prize for her powerful study into domestic abuse, See What You Made Me Do – Power, Control and Domestic Abuse. In her acceptance speech, Jess said: ‘This book has taught me so much about life, love and power. It is not a book about other people, it is a book about all of us, and the world we live in.’

The College has had the great privilege of working with Jess over the past couple of years on our family violence training programs. Listen to her Wheeler Centre podcast on Family Violence Emergency, and for some reading inspiration here is the 2020 Stella shortlist.
