Charter Case Collection updated

Our Victorian Human Rights Charter Case Collection has now been updated, containing summaries of Victorian decisions that have mentioned, cited or discussed provisions of the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities up to November 2019.

The Charter Case Collection is a joint project with researchers from the Supreme Court of Victoria, and contains over six years of decisions from the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Victorian Court of Appeal. It is an invaluable resource for those wishing to keep up to date with Charter principles, and assists courts, practitioners and the community understand Victorian human rights law.

For commentary on the Charter’s operative provisions and each of the human rights it encompasses, you can access the Charter of Human Rights Bench Book.
