Melbourne Law School will be hosting the 2023 Harold Ford Memorial Lecture with keynote speaker Justice Michelle Gordon AC.
The lecture titled "Corporate Governance – Big Ideas and Debates?" will delve into the challenges faced by company directors and the laws that govern their work, especially in relation to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues.
