Are you ready for the Serious Offenders Act changes?

Victoria has new legislation governing the continued supervision and detention of serious offenders, with the Serious Offenders Act 2018 commencing today.

Our overview shows how the new Act changes the existing legal landscape.

An updated chapter is now published in the Sexual Assault Manual.
