The High Court has delivered an important decision concerning applications to amend pleadings. The decision overrules Queensland v JL Holdings and highlights the importance of avoiding unacceptable delays in proceedings.
The College has prepared a case note in the matter of Aon Risk Services for use by Victorian judicial officers.
