JCV Launch Event: Charter of Human Rights Bench Book

On 10 May 2016, the College launched the Charter of Human Rights Bench Book.

The Bench Book is a comprehensive publication on Victoria’s key human rights legislation, which draws on the expertise of the judiciary, the VEOHRC, the LIV and the VGSO.

To celebrate the launch Justice Kate O’Regan, a former judge of the acclaimed Constitutional Court of South Africa and world renowned academic, writer and advisor to national and international organisations, delivered a public address on Comparative Human Rights Law.
