Partner institutions

The College collaborates with a range of partner institutions to provide education programs for the Victorian judiciary, the legal profession and the wider community. These institutions include the Supreme Court of Victoria, Monash University, Victoria Law Foundation, Law Institute of Victoria, Commercial Bar Association of Victoria and the Victorian Bar.

Interested members of the public are welcome to attend these programs. Further information regarding upcoming programs is provided below. To register to attend any program, please follow the links below. Please note that there is a fee to attend some programs.

The extent to which the Courts can look behind legal structures to commercial realities in determining disputes before them remains the subject of intense discussion and unresolved debate.The panel of speakers will discuss the role the Courts have to play with respect to corporate structures.
