High Court judgment on evidence of drug trafficking - new case note

A new College Case Note examines this week’s High Court judgment - The Queen v Falzon [2018] HCA 29 - on the admissibility of cash as an accoutrement of drug trafficking.

The case note also examines the High Court’s discussion of when a judge may give a direction that was not requested - one of the most important parts of the Jury Directions Act 2015.
