Framework of Judicial Abilities and Qualities

The Framework of Judicial Abilities and Qualities identifies the knowledge, skills, behaviours and attitudes that Victorian judicial officers are expected to demonstrate in performing their role.

The Framework provides an essential self-development aid stating standards to which judicial officers aspire. It is endorsed by the Heads of Jurisdiction and assists the Courts Professional Development Committees and the College to design and deliver training and associated resources.
