3.8 - Review of Separate Consideration

This chapter contains the following two charges, reviewing the need for the jury to separately consider the case in relation to each accused and/or count:

These charges have been drafted for use in conjunction with the Preliminary Charges concerning the Separate Considerations of Multiple Accused or Multiple Counts. They will need to be modified if the jury was not instructed about the need for separate consideration at the beginning of the trial.
