Being a retired Inspector with VicPol and trying to keep up to date with the new UEA I just quickly attempted the evidence test through the LIV website. I did not have the new Act before me but I think I got the first few Q's right. I recall a similar hearsay scenario we put to about 6 criminal practitioners while serving at Prahran Pros. Office. We got 6 different answers with no practitioner committing themselves as to whether the statements were admissable or not under the then hearsay rules!!

Thanks for the feedback. The quiz is attracting a lot of interest and is prompting people to focus on the new Act.

I have just viewed the video demonstration on how to use this site. I am completely blown away at the depth of information, and ease of access to the material. thank you too all the people who have made this site an incredibly useful too. your site is now my number one " favourite" for my work.
